For boating emergencies, contact the Coast Guard on VHF Channel 16 (156.800 MHz the international distress, safety, and calling frequency) or call 911 on your cell phone.

Report incidence that involve terrorism or criminal activity, Pose a threat to public safety, related to smuggling, trafficking, or sabotage in the maritime domain call 1-877-249-2824. If such activity is currently observed in progress call 911.

If you witness or discover an oil or fuel spill in navigable waterways, notify the National Response Center at 1-800-424-8802.
